Terms of Service

We provide mobile auto repair at your home, workplace, or roadside location within our service area (Richmond, Sugar Land, Katy, Fulshear, and surrounding Fort Bend County & West Houston). Services are described on our service pages; specific repairs are confirmed at the time of scheduling and inspection.

Estimates are based on the information you provide and our on-site inspection. We quote prices up front before beginning work. If additional parts or labor are needed beyond the quoted scope, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. Published prices (such as oil changes from $110 and diagnostics at $110) are starting points and may vary by vehicle.

We commit to arriving within the agreed window and will communicate any delay. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge for parts ordered specifically for your repair if you cancel after those parts have been purchased.

[warranty on parts/labor? — confirm] Warranty coverage, if any, applies to the specific parts and labor of the completed repair and is explained at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or subsequent modifications.

We carry [licensed & insured? — confirm] and take care to perform work safely and correctly. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, failures unrelated to the work performed, or issues that could not be diagnosed without disassembly. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.

Payment is due upon completion of service.
